Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bareilly Civil Lines

Service is BRILLIANT! Everyone at the hotel is eager to help with every little thing, from organising a takeaway breakfast because we were checking out early to letting us use their wheelchair for a family member who wasn't a guest and wasn't even at the hotel! The facilities are superb too - typical Ramada quality everywhere. The bed is comfortable, the toiletries and towels are of very good quality, and the standard room is large enough for two adults.

Great hotel with wonderful staff - very hospitable, polite and efficient. The breakfast spread was very good, too and the dishes we ate at the restaurant, great. Javed at the bar, Puneet at the restaurant and others, whose names I cannot recall, deserve special mention. Awesome location, too.

It's the best place in Bareilly.....everyone in the staff was very polite and helpful.....thanks to the restaurant team for accomodating special requests.....a special thanks to the general manager Mr. Manesh Dutt for arranging the conference room.....I highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Bareilly

Break fast is delicious. Menu is repetitive

I have stayed in this hotel many times and every time I have had a very good experience. It is a very good hotel. The staff is very good, they are nice people.
